Over 20 years ago, I started making angels as Christmas gifts and they were very well received. A friend suggested I start making and selling them at craft shows and stores. My sweet husband took some to a local Christian book store and they all sold. The store owner suggested I make seasonal or theme angels next. One day he called with a customer request for a four inch angel party favor for her daughter's wedding. She needed 100 in a week. I had my first big order and the business was born.
After some consideration, the Lord led me to change the design from a commercial pattern to my own patterns. My husband drove us down to the Library of Congress and we obtained our own Copyrights for my numerous products. I now owned the designs and we began to build a fascinating collection of fabrics. I began with holidays like Christmas, Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day and more.
The goal behind our angels is reaching people for the Lord. Each hang tag has the Lord's names on the outside cover and inside you'll find a Scripture verse. People ask us why we have sports angels, so we explain it provides a way to reach that friend who loves a particular team but rejects your testimony. When you give him or her an NFL angel, they look at the hang tag and ask you what does this mean? And the door to sharing opens up. I am able to make angels from my collection of fabrics or your own fabric.
I have been making my angels for over 20 years. Let me make one especially for you.
A portion of our proceeds is donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
